Why this is free

Independent licensed professionals — commercial restoration and roofing companies — pay us a flat fee when an owner asks to be introduced. That’s the whole business.

We never charge you. We never take a percentage of your claim. We make the same fee whether your claim is $50,000 or $5 million — which means we have no reason to inflate anything, and every reason to show you numbers we can stand behind.

We are not adjusters, contractors, or lawyers. We don’t adjust, negotiate, file, or evaluate claims. We built the map, we show you the record, and if you want a professional to look at your roof, we know licensed ones. What you do with the file is up to you.
